Preamble: whereas water would be too difficult to make a motor run on.

SECTION 1:  It would take more than two days to make a water powered motor 

SECTION 2: The size and amount of water to go into it would be to small for the car to run fast.

SECTION 3: if the water over fills and leaks you will need to restart

SECTION 4: The entire group is held responsible for making sure no water gets in the car especially if it is wood.
